Today is Saturday.
Diesel is not at home.
He will not be home again until tomorrow.
This is the first time in nearly six months that Diesel has not spent all day with Anthony.
Today Diesel went for his walk in the park as usual.
He met his friend Taffy.
Then he met Dingo (also known as Brandy).
Diesel was with Dingo for over an hour.
He has met her many times before.
But today Dingo bit him as he ran past.
He will be at the vets until he is patched up.

Anthony and Diesel both thought Dingo was a friendly dog until today.
Diesel does his best puppy face.He used to frown all the time but now he does not do it often.

Oh dear poor Diesel. Poor Anthony also .. redgirls know that he will be missing his cuddly boy like mad.Once upon a time we had to spend 2 days away from our mum. (We had an absolutely brill time shhh don't tell her .. ) but she was just chewed up with missing us.

this is Anthony,Diesel is temporarily Away From Keyboard (A.F.K.).
Hopefully he will be back tomorrow though he is bound to have bad scarring and I am hoping this does not affect his attitude towards other dogs.
The house feels empty without him and I know he does not like being without me,even if I just go into another room so I hope he is alright tonight.

oh poor diesel. What a horrible thing to happen. Poor poor thing, it must have been very scary for both you and anthony. I really hope that you are not too badly scared. I will always think you are very handsom - loving that puppy face by the way.
I read on the discussion forum that you live up north. My mum goes to uni in Chester and is taking Pesto with her next term. She would love to meet diesel one week end even though she won't have me (i am very jealous as I love a handsom male!!!) Pesto is very friendly so you won't have to worry about her.

Oh dear Poor Diesel. Taffy and his mum hope that he will be better very soon. Taffy missed Diesel in the park today, he had no one to play ball with. Taffy hopes that diesel is not frightened of him when he comes out to play again. He will give diesel a big kiss to show there is notheing to be frightened of.

Diesel is home now,he is sleeping off the anaesthetic on the seat next to me.
Unfortunately he will not be able to play for a while.
It will be ten days before his stitches can come out and he has to be kept on the lead until then.
